Clean Hands

A Kindergarten classroom is full of germs.  Many of the germs I can do nothing about, but we work hard at eliminating the others.  We frequently wash hands, clean tables, keep toys clean, and replace crayons and pencils often.  Parents, Kindergarten teachers ask that you please give your child’s hands one last scrubbing before they leave home to come to school, paying close attention to fingernails.  I understand that kids will be kids, but arriving at school with dirty hands just continues the spread of germs.  Your child will feel better about himself/herself when he/she is clean and your child’s teacher will be happy to have less germs arriving uninvited into the classroom.
